We are excited to introduce free shipping, it helps spread the Happy! Please note that this excludes some size options in our plexi mounted and framed prints, our furniture selection and international shipments– this requires a few extra hands and we offer flat rate and freight shipping for these products.
When can you expect to be charged?
Since many of our products are made with love and just for you, your card is charged upon placing your order with us.
When can you expect your shipment?
We are in the business of Happy and nothing is worse than waiting for a package to arrive. We send our orders via UPS and USPS. Anything in stock will ship within 48 hours, if not sooner – we are magicians. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday unless there is a holiday, in which case it will ship the next open business day. But, don’t worry – we will keep you in the loop! Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent throughout the process. If you have any further questions regarding your package, we are happy to answer them, just email us or call us, we would love to chat!
If your order is not in stock, we will let you know when you can expect it. Items ordered together may not always arrive together.
It is important to note that many of our products do have lead times, be sure to read the details so you know when to expect your order! We make our orders with lots of love and will keep you posted on its arrival, but it’s always nice to know all the info upfront.
Custom orders also have special lead times and we will be in touch regarding your timeline and what we need from you, to get your special order on its way.
Do you need some instant Happy?

Not in the United States?
DHL will delivery your shipment internationally and happily. Please email Shop@kerrirosenthal.com and we will give you more details, a shipping quote based on your order and where you are located. If it’s warm there, we may hand deliver it!
What is our return policy for online purchases?
We are in the business of happy, we strive to make products that make people happy. So, if you are not completely happy with your purchase – we can work through it together! Just email us at Shop@kerrirosenthal.com. Our customers are super important to us and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and for it to enhance your space. Send back your items within 14 days of receipt and it can be replaced, repaired or returned for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include all the paperwork to make life easier for all!
We do have a $5 restocking fee for our trade partners.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
When it comes to Customized Happiness… things are a tad more complicated
Custom orders are a different story – wallpaper, fabric, custom pillows and custom furniture is non-refundable as they are made just for you! So before you press purchase, make sure you received a swatch, sample or spoke to one of our specialists to confirm all your details!
Just a few notes on how to send back your returns….
All merchandise should be in its original condition with its proper packaging and your receipt. We apologize but, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns should be shipped:

What is your return policy for store purchases?
For all transactions made at our Kerri Rosenthal Shop, we happily accept returns of full-priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached. We require that you have your receipt with you.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
All Custom Orders are non-refundable.
