Standard Lead Times:

It is important to note that many of our products do have lead times, be sure to read the details prior to your purchase, so you know when to expect your order!

Lead Times: 

In-stock apparel will ship within 2-3 business days.  

  • Art prints unframed- 10 days or less
  • Art prints plexi-mounted- 3 weeks or less
  • Art prints framed- 3 weeks or less 
  • Custom art prints- 4 weeks or less 
  • Pillows- 3 weeks or less 
  • Fabric- 3 weeks or less 
  • Wallpaper A- 6-8 weeks 
  • Wallpaper B- 3 weeks or less 
  • Custom Furniture- 6-8 weeks 
  • Blocks of Love- most are in stock and can ship within 48 hours,  except for size 12" x 12" which are custom ordered with a 2 week lead time.

Surfboards:
Surfboards will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $150 each.

Art Prints, Framed Art Prints and Plexi-Mounted to AK, HI, PR:

Framed or plexi-mount in size 36 x 36 and below will be charged a flat rate of $50,  40 x 40  will be charged a flat rate of $150. 36 x 48 and 40 x 60 will be charged a flat rate of $300. 

Art prints in size  40 x 40  will be charged a flat rate of $150. 36 x 48 and 40 x 60 will be charged a flat rate of $300. All other sizes will ship for $25. 

Surfboards will be charged a flat rate of $300 per surfboard.

Furniture: 

Furniture requires additional shipping charges which would be assessed after the purchase is made. Once your purchase is complete, a KR design specialist will reach out to you to arrange shipping and discuss the charges associated with it. Need Your Order Express shipped?  

Add it to the notes section, and someone will get back to you the next business day to arrange your express shipment. There will be a shipping charge for anything other than our regular free shipping. You can also email us here: RUSH SHIP or call our flagship store in Westport, CT 203-557-6800

When can you expect to be charged?

Some of our products take time to produce as they are made specifically for you. Your card is charged upon placing your order with us.  

When can you expect your shipment?

We send our orders via UPS. In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from our Westport, CT warehouse.  Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following week, if it is in stock.

Order confirmations, tracking numbers and shipment arrival confirmations will be sent throughout the process (please check your "junk mail" as sometimes they land there).  If you have any further questions regarding your package, we are happy to answer them, just email or call us, we would love to chat! 

Out of stock products:

If your order is not in stock, it will be noted on the item description. Once it ships, you will get a tracking email with all of the shipping information.  With orders with multiple items, you may get multiple shipments. Your shipping email and packing slip will note the items being shipped.

    If something is out of stock that is unexpected, our Customer Experience Manager will reach out to you immediately.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We Now Ship Worldwide:

    To ship internationally, simply update your country at the top of our website on the top right hand corner. Our Website will magically convert to your countries currency and you can shop away!

    International Shipping Rates: 

    International shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Shipping prices will vary by destination 

    How Much Will I Pay In Duties and Taxes? 

    Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. When you priced to checkout, sales tax and customs duty will automatically calculate on the total merchandise value and shipping charges. 

    International Returns: 

    Returns are not accepted for international orders. Take your time when deciding on your purchase and please do reach out to customerservice@kerrirosenthal.com should you have any questions.  



    RETURN INFO

    What is our return policy for online purchases?

    We hope that you are in love with your order from kerrirosenthal.com.

    If you are not perfectly satisfied with your returnable purchase, email customerservice@kerrirosenthal.com to request a return authorization number and return shipping label.  Online orders can be returned within 14 days of your order’s delivery date for a refund, or up to 30 days for store credit.  

    All art, surfboards, pillows, fabric, wallpaper, furniture, and jewelry are custom made and final sale. International orders are final sale.

    Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. There will also be no  adjustments to prior purchases.

    Please open your art as soon as it arrives. You will have 24 hours from receipt of your artwork to report any damage. If you are reporting a damage, please make sure to take a photo of the packaging from all angles and the artwork from all angles. Please save the packaging. Returns will not be accepted if reported after 24 hours of receipt.

    Our goal is to send you Kerri’s artwork without damage, but sometimes this is not in our control. If your artwork is in fact damaged and approved to return, a replacement will be sent to you. We cannot issue a refund.

    Returns must be requested before mailing back the items.

    Email customerservice@kerrirosenthal.com with your request, order number and photos (if applicable). Customer service will get back to you within 24 hours or the next business day with your return authorization number and return shipping label. Order must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RA number and return shipping label or we reserve the right to refuse the return.

    Returned items must have hang tags, be in their original condition and unworn. If you are returning paperless wallpaper, it must be unopened. If you are returning a Block of Love, the protective film must still be intact, and the yellow gift box must be returned with it.

    Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take about 2-7 business days to reflect on your form of payment. 

    Please include all the paperwork, photos (if applicable) and email customerservice@kerrirosenthal.com for a return authorization number and shipping label.

    We cannot accept returns without an authorization number. 

    Sale and custom items are final and non-refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    What is your return policy for store purchases?

    Apparel and Blocks Of Love-  we happily accept returns of full-priced merchandise for a refund within 14 days of purchase or receipt of goods. After 14 days, only store credit or exchanges will be provided. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached. If you are returning a Block of Love, the protective film must still be intact. We require that you have your receipt with you. If purchased online, please email customerservice@kerrirosenthal.com for an RA# and instructions will be sent to you for a return. Goods that arrived without an RA# will be returned.

    Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    Fine jewelry is final sale and non-refundable. 

    All custom orders are non-refundable. Pillows, fabric, wallpaper, surfboards, and art prints are all made to order and therefore custom and non-refundable.
