We offer free shipping on most of our products.
Exclusions:
Oversized Framed and Plexi-mounted Art Prints
- A minimal Flat rate shipping fee will be charged on art prints framed or plexI-mounted in sizes 36" x 36", 40"x 40" 36" x 48" and 40" x 60"
- 36" X 36" and 40" x 40" will be charged a flat rate of $50
- 36 x48 and 40 x 60 will be charged a flat rate of $150.00
Furniture
- Requires additional shipping charges which would be assessed after the purchase is made.
- Once your purchase is complete, a KR design specialist will reach out to you to arrange shipping and discuss the charges associated with it.

Need Your Order Express shipped?
- Request the ship date in the notes section of your order and someone will get back to you the next business day or sooner, to arrange this.

When can you expect to be charged?
Some of our products take time to produce as they are made specifically for you but your card will be charged upon placing your order with us.
When can you expect your shipment?
- We ship via UPS , USPS, Fedex and Specialized Freight Delivery Companies.
- Anything in stock will ship within 2-5 business days, if not sooner.
- For custom items, the lead time is stated on the product page. Be sure to check that before you make your purchase
- Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following week, if in stock.
- Order confirmations, tracking numbers and shipment arrival confirmations will be emailed throughout the process (please check your "junk mail" as sometimes they land there).
What does out of stock mean?
- If your order is not in stock, it will be noted on the item description, with the estimated ship date.
- Once it ships, you will get a tracking email with all of the shipping information. With orders with multiple items, you may get multiple shipments.
- Your shipping email and packing slip will note the items being shipped.
Standard Lead Times
It is important to note that many of our products do have lead times, be sure to read the details prior to your purchase, so you know when to expect your purchase.
Clothing- usually in stock and if not it will be a pre-sale and the ship date will pop up when purchasing. In stock apparel will ship within 2-3 business days
Art prints unframed- 10 days or less
Art prints plexi-mounted- 3 weeks or less
Art prints framed- 3 weeks or less
Pillows- 3 weeks or less
Fabric- 3 weeks or less
Wallpaper A- 6-8 weeks
Wallpaper B- 3 weeks or less
Custom Furniture- 6-8 weeks
Blocks of Love- most are in stock and can ship within 48 hours, except for size 12" x 12" which are custom ordered with a 2 week lead time.
