What is our return policy for online purchases?
- Art, pillows, fabric, wallpaper, furniture, surfboards + jewelry are custom made and final sale.
- All other products can be returned or exchanged and sent back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or up to 30 days for a store credit.
- The items must have hangtags, look unworn and if paperless wallpaper, be unopened.
- If you are returning a Block of Love, the protective film must still be intact.
- Send back your items within 14 days of receipt and we can replace, or credit you with a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we send you a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

All merchandise should be in its original condition with its proper packaging and your receipt. We apologize but, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns should be shipped to:
Once we receive your return, It may take up to 2 days to process your credit or exchange. You will be credited accordingly or your new KR item will be sent back out to you, and a confirmation will be emailed.
What is your return policy for store purchases?
Apparel and Blocks Of Love- we happily accept returns of full-priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, only store credit or exchanges will be provided. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached. If you are returning a Block of Love, the protective film must still be intact. We require that you have your receipt with you. If purchase online, please email customerservice@kerrirosenthal.com for an RA# and instructions will be sent to you for a return. Goods that arrived without an RA# will be returned to you

All Custom Orders are non-refundable. Pillows, fabric, wallpaper, surfboards, and art prints are all made to order and therefore custom and non-refundable
