Where are you located?
We’re pleased to offer convenient online shopping as well as a brick-and-mortar shopping experience. Our flagship store is located at 181 Main Street in West Port, Connecticut. We host a variety of pop-up partnerships and special events at the shop.
When and how can I expect my order to be shipped?
We offer free shipping on most of the items we sell, and you can expect your item to be sent via USPS or UPS within three business days. Certain items, such as furniture and oversized artwork, may require special shipping accommodations or costs. Art and pillows typically ship in three weeks and wallpaper ships in five weeks. We’re also happy to help arrange rush shipping, if needed. We provide order confirmations, tracking information, and delivery updates, to help customers track their orders throughout the process.
What is your return policy?
A number of items are eligible for returns within 14 days for a full refund, or 30 days for store credit. Custom items, such as artwork, furniture, fabrics, pillows, wallpaper, and jewelry, are not eligible for return. More details on our return policy can be found here.
I’m shopping for a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrap to your order.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our gift cards can be bought and shared electronically, in your choice of denomination starting at $25.00.
How can I ensure that clothing will fit?

Where can I find information about caring for my products?
Our clothing and fabric items include a list of materials to help guide proper care. Instructions on caring for your wallpaper can be found here. For questions about caring for a particular item, we encourage you to get in touch with us anytime.
What are my framing and mounting options for artwork?
We offer a variety of options for presenting artwork. Signed prints can be shipped without being framed, or can be sent with our high-quality black and white framing.
