Job Title:  RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Location:  Westport, CT

Reports to:  SVP Operations

 

Job Summary:  In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the customer service experience at KERRI ROSENTHAL, including but not limited to:  driving sales through our ecommerce platform and supporting retail team, engaging and responding to all customer inquiries, and operating as the liaison between customers and logistics team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all customer service correspondence with clients in person, in email, and social media platforms
  • Ensure every customer service experience is positive and seamless
  • Maintain customer service log; analyze and communicate trends based on feedback and customer inquiries; communicate as needed
  • Communicate all relevant business updates effectively across departments
  • Support in shop retail sales and client service
  • Build and oversee a successful client outreach and VIP program
  • Oversee presentation in retail shop; ensure shop always looks customer ready
  • Be a brand ambassador

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years working in customer service and retail
  • Proven track record that demonstrates planning, follow through and follower growth
  • Passion for design and fashion/beauty
  • Enjoys working on a diverse team with a varied set of responsibilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, are receptive to feedback
  • Able to communicate effectively and write/speak in a Kerri Rosenthal voice
  • Available weekends and holidays
  • Ready to regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers

Job Title:  INVENTORY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location:  Westport, CT

Reports to:  SVP Operations

 

Job Summary:  Manage and oversee all inventory and operational functions, including but not limited to pick, pack and fill operations, inventory management, company-wide communication regarding all shipments, and maintenance of warehouse.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute daily pick, pack, and fulfill requirements of total company
  • Review all outbound orders daily; communicate any orders that were not able to ship and propose resolutions
  • Be a brand ambassador – execute highest level of company standards on handling of product, appearance and construction of outbound packages, and general maintenance of warehouse
  • Execute monthly inventory counts; share results with SVP Operations
  • Oversee any pre – shipment needs by manufacturer
  • Manage additional team members as needed
  • Ensure work is done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
  • Oversee the daily pick-up process with outbound carriers
  • Continuously be working on process and system improvements; partner with SVP Operations to review and execute when needed
  • Communicate issues and concerns to SVP Operations
  • Partner with Customer Service towards resolution to address any inquiries or issues
  • Additional project assignments as needed

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant logistics experience
  • Retail and apparel experience required
  • Must be dependable
  • Must pay attention to detail and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Must regularly lift and or move 50lbs or more
  • Must possess outstanding communication skills with an ability to converse, read & write in English
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
