MARKETING MANAGER

Marketing Manager – Kerri Rosenthal Brand

Kerri Rosenthal is looking for a creative, enthusiastic Marketing Manager who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and passionate about brand building and storytelling. As a female-founded and led lifestyle brand, we blend art, home décor, fashion apparel, and accessories, all derived from Kerri’s colorful original artwork.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team where multiple hats are worn daily, and creativity is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with Kerri and the team to develop strategies, manage content creation, and drive engagement across all channels. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and creative environments.  This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional ready to step into a role with more autonomy and the chance to help shape a brand’s story and strategy. 

Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Management:

  • Work with Design to develop and execute the brand’s marketing strategy, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store/online promotions.
  • Develop strategies to drive engagement with current customers and attract new ones.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Manage and coordinate the editorial process by collaborating with the founder on seasonal concepts; manage photoshoots, work with photographers on run of show, shot list and capturing BTS footage for digital/social.
  • Translate imagery with graphic designer to ensure brand alignment and impactful visual content.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a product image library, graphics, video content, and other visual assets.
  • Brand partnerships with key industry players.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create compelling email content that aligns with the brand's voice and visual aesthetic, driving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Work with agency to optimize newsletters for design, copy to ensure conversion.
  • Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure targeted, personalized communication.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and creative teams to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing strategies and seasonal promotions.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Lead the development and execution of monthly social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
  • Collaborate with creative contractors to create captivating content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring all content is reposted and tagged appropriately.
  • Manage a marketing coordinator, providing guidance on content creation, engagement, and platform growth.

PR, Events, and Influencer:

  • Work with PR consultant/agency on ongoing media outreach efforts.
  • Plan and execute events in collaboration with third-party vendors to raise brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Lead influencer outreach and mailing initiatives to expand the brand’s reach and develop brand ambassadors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or media.
  • Has experience managing email marketing driving to DTC.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience coordinating and managing photoshoots and creative projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the Kerri Rosenthal brand's ethos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Klaviyo, Canva, and basic SEO principles.
